How to Print on eBay?

✔️ Change Labels format

Our printer is fully compatible with USPS tags generated through eBay. For printing completely, We need to change the setting to 4" x 6" format in eBay.

⚠️ NOTE: The following steps are only for generated in 4" x 6" format on eBay that will not affect your present printed label. Currently, eBay only provides 4 x 6 labels for USPS shipments.

⚠️ Note to IE users: Please note our users have reported an occasional bug on eBay with Internet Explorer / Microsoft Edge. If you click Print and nothing happens, please close your browser and open it again or use Chrome or Firefox. Please note this is unrelated to the printer and has to do with Internet Explorer and eBay.

⚠️ Note to Safari users: Safari adds a white margin around the label which cannot be removed. We recommend that you use Chrome. It can be downloaded for free here .

✔️ To convert the shipping label to 4" x 6" format, please follow these steps:

✅ On the side cart drop-down menu, click the "Change Format".

✅ Then choose the "PDF file" & choose the 4" x 6" format and Save.

✅Then print.
